Welcome to timur99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the timur99 online gaming platform, including all related websites, mobile-optimised interfaces, services, features, and content operated under the domain timur99.cam (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through timur99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "Member") and timur99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). timur99 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions of the country.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on timur99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Members.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from any Restricted Territory where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of timur99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
7. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that has been placed through the Platform or through any associated responsible gambling programme.

timur99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Operator's satisfaction, the Account may be suspended or closed and any affected funds dealt with in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

Registration on the Platform requires you to submit accurate personal information and to complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process prior to making any withdrawals. The KYC process serves to verify your identity, confirm your age, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport — copies of both sides where applicable.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill issued within the preceding three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, with your face and the document details both clearly visible.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. timur99 may request additional documentation at its discretion where the information provided is insufficient to complete verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Attempts to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same IP address, or otherwise — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances being withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. In the event of unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify timur99 support immediately.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and lawful purposes.
• You will not use any automated system, bot, script, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human usage.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or geographic restrictions implemented by the Operator.
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• You will not exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• You acknowledge that games and betting markets on the Platform are subject to randomness, chance, and statistical variance, and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• You agree that all bets placed through your Account are final once confirmed by the Platform system. Errors in bet selection are your sole responsibility.

timur99 offers a broad range of gaming products including but not limited to: live sports betting covering EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major events; slot games; live dealer tables including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack; poker rooms; bingo; lottery; and esports betting markets.

All bets must be placed with real-money funds or eligible bonus credits in your Account. timur99 does not permit credit wagering.

timur99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified payment methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Malaysian Banks: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your Account, or to methods verified to belong to you.
3. timur99 targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges and not guaranteed times — actual processing may vary depending on the payment provider and your Account status.
4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
5. timur99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification for withdrawals that exceed threshold amounts or that exhibit unusual patterns.

timur99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, the crypto deposit bonus, and VIP Programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members who satisfy all conditions stated at the time of the promotion, including any minimum deposit requirement.
• Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• timur99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any bonus at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively in use by a Member.
• timur99 does not alter wagering requirements or expiry conditions for any bonus after a Member has opted in to that promotion.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement — may result in bonus cancellation and, in egregious cases, Account suspension.
• The crypto deposit bonus of 2% (up to MYR 688) applies specifically to deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC and is subject to its own specific wagering terms stated at the time of claim.

VIP Programme benefits, including cashback percentages, monthly bonuses, and other tier-specific rewards, are governed by the VIP Programme terms applicable to each tier. Tier qualification is based on monthly real-money turnover as communicated within the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. timur99 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance withholding, and referral to law enforcement — where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform whilst under the age of 21, or assisting any underage person in accessing the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of software, tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate betting decisions or to gain an advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any game outcome or random number generation system.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud in connection with any deposit made to your Account.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the timur99 brand identity, is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from timur99.
• Use the timur99 name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with the Operator.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will be considered a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, timur99 hereby excludes all liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, connectivity failures, or system downtime — whether planned or unplanned — that affect your access to the Platform or result in any disruption to a bet or game in progress.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game software provider, or other third-party service integrated with the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from a security breach of your Account where such breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate Account credential security.

Where timur99's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

timur99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Periodic notifications alerting you to your time spent on the Platform and net session outcome.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined cooling-off period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

timur99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by the Operator.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Member's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Registration of duplicate Accounts.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable AML checks. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to competent authorities.

If you have any dispute or complaint regarding a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should contact timur99 customer support in the first instance. Our support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is available in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

When lodging a complaint, please provide:

• Your registered Account username.
• The date and time of the event giving rise to the complaint.
• A clear, concise description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
• Any supporting screenshots or transaction references where available.

timur99 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, we will keep you informed of progress.

In all matters concerning disputed game outcomes, the records maintained by the Platform's server logs shall be the definitive source of truth, subject to any established technical error that can be demonstrated to have materially affected the outcome.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be interpreted, construed, and governed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall limit timur99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief may be warranted to protect the Operator's interests or the integrity of the Platform.

timur99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where practicable, by email to the address registered to your Account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
